“Beautifully restored school house. Great quiet place for two couples just outside of town. Nice subtle “schoolhouse theme” and equipped with everything we needed. Simple and clean. Hot tub and fire pit space was perfect and private. Beds were comfortable. Views out the large rear window are great.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. I loved the sliders to the deck. We had a wonderful view of the lake and we could see all the birds easily from the kitchen. The only suggestion I have is that either a sliding screen door is added or a screen that fits in the door frame. That way, you can keep the door open without letting bugs in. I definitely recommend this property for anyone who loves being close to the water. It is nice to be just over the bridge from Dubuque and the location is……
