“upgraded our room because our last visit the room they put us in. Had a weird smell room this time. Very nice very clean. Great customer service.”

“Breakfast was great, room was clean. The only issue I had was hearing the guests above Or below my me running around in the room 7am in the morning . ”

“The hotel smelt clean and looked clean. Breakfast smelled extremely good. Even though I did not eat. It. Filled the hotel with waffle and syrup smell. The front desk people were nice. The room smelled very clean and looked very clean. The pool was nice and warm but the pool room was cold. But it was cold outside and they had the windows open”

“Room was full of ants, all over the counters. Fire alarm went off at 7:00am, buildings evacuated, had to start my day without a shower or cleanup. No announcements or directions from staff. No phone in room. No desk in room. Property restaurants were all overpriced and underwhelming in terms of taste.”

“Beautiful place to stay with a breathtaking view of the Chesapeake Bay from a hilltop. Has a speakeasy bar in the basement which takes you back to the 1920’s. Breakfast is very subperb!”

“The mattress was comfortable at first to lay on but a little too firm for me to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good and enough choices. Nobody was present during checkout but hopefully we don’t get charged for anything.”

“TERRIBLE doesn't even describe it fully!!! Took forever to check in and I'm assuming the guy was the owner. Wasn't friendly at all. Room was disgusting! Smelled of smoke, cheap little microwave timer was flashing, alarm clock was flashing, phone was flashing like it had a msg. Mattress had a.bunch of nasty yellow stains!! Just horrible!!! Oh the breakfast was a JOKE!!! Cheerios or frosted flakes, toast or prepackaged blue berry muffins.”

“The property was clean and modern with free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24hrs. The front desk staff were polite and lovely. The room was spacious and clean with essentials and extras. Bed was so comfy! The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious.”

“I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. Everything else was average or poor. ”

“Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. Just to be told this is how it is and he wasn’t responsible for housekeeping or shall I say lack there of. He offered me another……

“This place was a dump!! I'm so done with ANY Wyndham property in the future. The shades were broken and you couldnt even open or close them. The beds were comfortable but was made up like like the military. The bathroom water screamed three whole time you took a shower. Some people kept lurking in the parking lot all night which made me bypass the broken shade to constantly check on my car. The lobby was so dull and uninviting, I wanted to leave and walk over to the Hilton. Thank goodness I……
