Oddly configured room but great bed, location, and dining options. Very friendly staff.
The room was really nice. Layout was different from some hotels I’ve been to, so it was interesting. The hotel was clean, the staff welcoming and polite. I would definitely stay there again.
Room service front desk was friendly and most helpful
The front desk didn’t inform me how to use the elevator I had to find out from another guest that you had to use your room key card to activate a floor selection. Although I really like this security feature, it would have been nice to have been told instead of standing helplessly inside a square ...
The staff was really nice. The Gaylord is beautiful. I was really happy.
