"Obviously uses AI photos, hotel looked nothing like photos shared online during booking. Wallpaper in room was peeling off with black mold underneath, stains on walls, doors and floors. Cleanliness was unacceptable & will definitely not be staying there EVER!!!!!!!"

"The hotel is under renovation which isn’t mentioned on the website while booking, very disappointing to say the least. The hallway floors are covered by paper and taped down barking dogs along with terrible cooked food smells. The staff was great no complaints there just make sure that you call ahead of time and inquire about the present condition before booking."

That meant so much after a long week.The tiny home was absolutely beautiful — spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. It may be small in size, but it’s truly full of love. There was even extra Valentine’s gifts - such a sweet and unexpected touch that made our stay even more special.The peaceful rain in the mountains made everything feel calm and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!"
