"The kitchen was closed for several days which was highly inconvenient, as our hotel choice was made due to the food/ bar usually available there. It was a special event and I resent the added complexity of having to get the family out, figure out where to go, spend all the extra time and has driving to restaurants. The staff was very nice."

"The power went out unexpectedly. The staff was helpful and provided solutions. It was not ideal but the staff did great to make the best out of a tough situation. The shower did not have great pressure and the bed was squeaky. Outside of that it was a good stay."

"Decent best western property, but overall not one I would go back to. I travel with the fair amount of equipment and there isn’t an elevator there. Also, the pictures of the gym are not the actual gym that you will get. I don’t need a fancy gym, but some of the equipment was literally bought from Walmart. For sure the person that bought their elliptical has never used an elliptical. It was worthless. Staff was very nice though and the location is decent."
