“They didn’t service the room at all. The towels dirty a used . No blankets on beds only 1 sheet a 1 bedspread. Office was closed never answered phone.”

“Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. Overall just love the house and Buffalo is the best city I’ve ever visited. We frequented the Big Tree next door and couldn’t have met nicer people or been more welcomed. Definitely……

“This was a great place to stay, and close to everything. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Our host was very nice, and left items for us to make breakfast - eggs, bagels, cheese, muffins, cookies, croissants - which was an unexpected bonus!. The home was spacious and clean and easy to park.”

“We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! “The apartment is clean and spacious with plenty of charm. I claimed one of the seats in the nook for my reading and morning email. Beds were comfortable including the pull out. We would stay again!”

“We arrived and got 2 cards for the room. Both cards would not work so we ended up getting a new room and new cards. Only 1 out of the 2 cards worked and it was a hit and miss that it would work. Front desk was dusty. Once we got into the room the tiled floors had a greasy feeling to them. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the bathroom door would not stay closed. The vanity in the bathroom was broken in a spot, and duct tape was used to cover it. Overall, it did not feel clean or……

“Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here.”
