“There was a bad smell that smelled ike a dirty cleaning rag, or mop. We were given a room with an adjoining door to the next room and this knocked out the pegs that were for hanging clothes. There was no place to hang clothes.”

“The smart TV was too hard to find and select the local channels we wanted. The other options for the most part looked attractive but we could not use them unless we had a subscription and remember how to sign in. The chairs in the room were not comfortable. There was not enough light in the room. It needs a light in the center ceiling of the rooms. The hallways out side of the room were kept icy cold. The complimentary breakfasts provided were acceptable at best but the coffee was……

“The room is old and feels bad.”

“It is clean, quiet. The only thing I do not like is that the rest room’s door cannot be closed.”
