“Perfect little place to stay4 min from the venue I was attending ”

“It was a next stay after a wedding. For some reason the communications weren’t coming in but that isn’t the hosts fault.”

“The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...

“Lovely old house with wood floors, three great bedrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining/washer-dryer area. It had all we needed—basics in kitchen and laundry area, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in bathroom (one bathroom with cute tub only). The location is the best! Right across from the gardens, so we took out dogs walking over there. ”

“Check in was easy and smooth. The place was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The area was nice and quiet with lots of restaraunt options. The host was responsive, friendly, and polite. ”

“We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. The road/driveway are narrow but we were able to navigate with our large truck. The neighbors were very friendly. We did not cook as we were in town to see family so either ate with...

“We were in town for a 4 day event at the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center. My son and I stayed at the cottage and it was everything we wanted/needed. It was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. Its location was perfect for the event (5 min away) and had several restaurants/grocery stores within a short drive. We stayed at a rental instead of a hotel to allow us to cook /eat in and everything we needed to do that was provided. We could not have picked a bette place to stay...

“Fantastic stay here. Came into town to do wedding dress shopping with my daughter, family and friends. Everything about our stay here was perfect. Location, space, cleanliness and most of all, the owners. Rob and Heather are truly amazing hosts and people. We had a small situation that’s turned out to be nothing but they addressed it immediately and left us a special something to apologize for any inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back!”
