Few Mins to Ballantyne-Pet Friendly-1 Level Home-Private Plunge Pool in Backyard

Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, and tennis courts. You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have!

Fully fenced in backyard - Pets are Welcomed! ($50 fee per pet per stay)

Take a dip in our 2-foot deep soaking pool—perfect for a refreshing splash on hot days or an ice bath if you're feeling brave! It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.**

-3 minutes to Ballantyne
-5 minutes to Pineville
-15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park
-15 minutes to Premium Outlet Mall
-25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte (home of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets)
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)

Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.

Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. Ask for any recommendations! I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

We had a great stay with everything we needed and more. We brought 2 sweet dogs who settled right in and felt at home. So thankful for the comfy beds, fenced yard, and all the little welcome treats! Lovely quiet neighborhood, too!

Great location

Nicely furnished and very clean. In the heart of Ballantine, so close to restaurants and shopping. Cute neighborhood suitable for a long walks with our Lhasa Poo. Hosts left a welcome gift of fresh baked goods from a nearby bakery (Sunflour Baking Co). They paid attention to the big and little things.

Weekend in CLT

This home had all the necessities covered. Location was easy to get to what we needed. We were in town for a wedding shower in Myers Park. The highway access is close. Very clean place, perfect and comfortable for the 4 of us.

Great location and wonderful house to bring your pet along

This house was in a prime location and was very clean. We visit family in Charlotte quite a bit, but needed somewhere where we could bring our dog. There is a nice deck and fenced in yard which was perfect! Rob communicated very well and was very responsive to all questions and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Our family was visiting family in the Charlotte area for the holiday and stayed in this adorable home which felt like our home away from home. We had plenty of space for 5 people, and the layout and openness of the living areas were perfect for our family, including a 10 month old grandbaby. Location is super convenient to Ballantyne. Neighborhood is nice to walk in and had playground and walking trail around a pond area.

Excellent Stay

We had a short stay in this property as we had to be at the President’s Cup at Quail Hollow. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected based on the listing. Communication with the owner was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more. Very good location. Highly recommend if you are planning on being in the area.

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our visit to Carowinds, which was just a short drive away. The property was very well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The pool was great and the neighborhood was quiet. There is also many restaurants and shopping areas near by. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Clean and dog friendly one level home

This 3BR/2BA house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. It was located in a safe neighborhood and fenced in which was great for the dogs. The house is fully stocked. We stayed for a week and I didn’t have to buy any dish soap, trash bags, shampoo or hand soap. We had a great stay visiting family nearby and would rent this house again.

Great family getaway

This house was a fantastic choice for our family's stay in Charlotte! The back porch gave us a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the late afternoon. A couple of big details if you have small children - you have access to the neighborhood pool and duck pond. There's also a walking trail through the woods that makes for a great afternoon excursion. We're always looking for simple activities on trips that can also create cool memories. One small hindrance was a neighborhood dog who was allowed to loudly bark outside before 7 every morning we were there. This wasn't welcome on days we didn't need to get up early. Otherwise, couldn't have asked for a better family place to stay.

Family stay for daughter

The layout of the home was good and decorated nicely inside but could definitely use some deep cleaning. We chose the house because we were bringing our dogs and the yard was fenced. We could not use the yard due to the large dog next door constantly being outside and barking and jumping on the fence. One day the dog barked for 3 hours straight. The homes are extremely close together so the barking could be heard throughout the house. This isn’t the owner’s fault but was a big disappointment.

The pictures do not do this home justice. We were very pleasantly surprised with how warm and welcoming this home made us feel. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do. And the owners were very easy to deal with.

Absolutely wonderful couple

We had a blast! It was just my wife and I so we closed the guest bedroom doors so our dogs wouldn’t go in them but the property was very clean and we were given plenty of supplies, pool was amazing and there was beautiful back yard for us to hang out in and with our dogs. No bugs or critters inside the house. We did have an issue where a combination of our pups and the neighbors dog were playing along the fence which disturbed a yellow jacket nest. By the time we left and came back from the vet, this amazing couple came by and took out the nest and remaining yellow jackets for our safety. On top of that, they gave us suggestions for coffee which we loved and went every morning including on the way out!I hope we have the opportunity to come back in the future!
