“Falta de mantenimiento, bueno para descansar”

“Dentro de todo el hotel bien, solo que no me gustó el mesero de lentes que está en el restaurante mexicano Frida por qué es grosero y no brinda buena atención a todos los clientes sólo con los que le conviene pero si estás pagando por un servicio el trato debe de ser parejo”

“Best possible view of the ocean, it’s like being on a cruise ship balcony, you can almost reach out and touch it, lots of sea life, like an aquarium. ”

“首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。”

“This hotel is amazing! Clean, staff was very tentative, food at the restaurant was soooo good(breakfast and dinner are made to order), nice little semi private beach, 3 pools ( we used 2 of them), drinks at the bar were on point, short ride to Zona Romántica. We enjoyed a massage while there, they came to our room and provided the service there. Which was so nice an d relaxing with the sound of the crashing waves.”

“We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. Having the horses nearby……

“Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. You just changing your concept. Shrimp tacos, ceviche and aqua chile became I little less exciting than before”

“Very cute boutique hotel. Super friendly staff, great location and relaxing pool. The welcome margaritas were delicious and the hotel is close to everything g in the romantic zone. Look forward to staying there again. The staff Martha, Rigo and Ivan were so friendly and made sure your stay was comfortable!”

“La relación precio-calidad es buena, la ubicación es idónea para moverse en el transporte público. Esta a 2 calles del malecón y a unos 15 minutos caminando a la playa. De repente el personal quien sirve el desayuno era hostil y otro empleado que siempre tenían una actitud molesta. Pero, con lo que respecta al señor Enrique y Sr Barajas... muy buen trato, en lo personal les preguntaba como llegar a diferentes sitios y fueron amables.”
