“Housekeeping is upon request, but the Continental breakfast was good, staff were kind, room was clean but the bed could have been more comfortable. This was our second time staying here and it was nice returning to a familiar place. Right down the road from Medieval Times and 10min away from Woodfield Mall. ”

“Very nice rooms. Comfortable bed. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because as I was getting ready in the morning a very strong odor of cigarette smoke was coming through the ceiling vent/fan. We were in a non-smoking room and I didnt have the fan on, so not sure how that was possible. ”

“Lisa, at the front desk was very friendly! The breakfast was very good, nice selection and different items every day. The hotel was easy to get to surrounding areas of Chicago, we did have a rental car. The area was very pleasant. We liked the close 7/11 and Italian restaurant across the street. ”
