“The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. “I will never stay at a Hampton Inn for the rest of my life. Pool was OOO which was fine other than we were repeated lied to. Our AC in room was not working. First night it was 81 in room.
