“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. “We loved the property location and view.It was newly updated and decorated cozy.The little kitchen area and bathroom utilized space well and were comfortable for 2 people to maneuver in. We were grateful for a full refrigerator with freezer. “We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. Overall, the check-in process was outstanding, the view was amazing and property itself was nice. Also, if you rent a jeep parking is very limited. I would suggest each unit should have its own……

“The place was well appointed. It had all of the basic necessities - shampoo, etc, dish soap, laundry detergent… it was clean and all of the instructions were clear. Amazing view of the harbor from our room as well! Two very very little things - I never found a cutting board in the kitchen and there were power stip outlets on both bedside tables in the MBr, but the one closest to the door did not work. Would definitely come back to this spot!”

“The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. ”
