Free marijanua!!! smoke at all times in all locations. No hot water. Ice maker broken. Ask front desk they say restaurant...you must interrupt important staff disucssions for assitance, and enjoy a complimentary scowl. Limited menu...no beach service. Resort ...where? More like a motel. BYOB...Ice...towels... smoking right next to all of the beach walkways. Even better on the balcony first thing in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and the smoke. The constant smell lingers. Its just part of the culture to be shared ...without request. I do leave great posts when deserved...

The staffs are friendly. The beach is clear and clean. The resort needs some general TLC. Although the resort is next to the airport, the noises are mostly from the roosters. The resort has a lot of chickens and roosters. The roosters start screaming like 5:30 A.M throughout the day and it is annoying when you try to sleep. There was a beach towel shortage daily. It made the stay very inconvenient. The room looked clean however there was a roach crawling on the bed the 2nd day. There was no running water for 2 hours between 4 to 6:30 P.M on the first day.

I like the closeness to the Airport and the Beach. I didn’t like the water not working off and on an Sewage smell .the fitness center was Horrible No equipment worked.The restaurant was too expensive and Food was Trash drinks was over priced and watered down.

Seashore was nice and relaxing. The room had ceiling leaks in bathroom above toilet. Shower head was not adjustable and water ran out of shower. Huge tree at balcony blocked ocean view

Well... it took 4 different rooms to get 1 that was sufficient. We are not picky people. The toilet didn't flush in the 1st room . The air conditioner didn't work well in the next 2 rooms had to buy a fan just to keep the room at about 75 to 80 degrees. Which is double the pruce on an island. Then the 4th room we ended up in. The air worked great. But the faucet in the tub wouldn't shut off. They were supposed to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up to fix it. So we draped a towel over it for the next 5 days we were there. The staff was friendly. However management never once contacted us or made themselves available to address any of the issues. I would definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere!!!

Everything was great we stayed one night on our way to Tortola! Only one thing was we went to the beach bar and also went swimming but they had run out of beach towels at 7:00pm! So a bit disappointing.. but bar was nice and we ate casusl dinner there which was great! Beautiful views and great beach! Convenient for airport.

There were taxis readily available which is nice to get you where you need to go. It’s only about a 5 minute ride from the airport and the rooms were very nice for the price. Also the view of the beach is a plus

When we checked in, we were not given the right room we booked. But when I went downstairs the desk clerk was able to switch us into a room with 2 double beds. The desk clerk was nice about it. When we arrived the hotel was inundated with cruise ship people. The crowd was blocking the entrance to the front desk when we arrived to check in.
