Property was nice but extremely smelly. Beach was completely unusable due to massive amounts of seaweed. Every other resort used heavy machinery to clean their beach, except margaritaville. Between the semi trucks slamming dumpsters at 6am, the beeping golf carts all through the night and dozens of roosters crowing at 4am, sleeping was almost impossible. We ordered a to-go meal from their restaurant and it took over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The staff were all very nice, helpful and worked hard to ensure they did their best. The establishment on the other hand was quite lacking.

This property is exactly what the reviews read. The rooms are beautiful and new. There is refrigerator that had a welcome bottle of wine and water. We stayed on the top floor waterfront. The view was fabulous. The bedding was very comfortable with goose down. The showers were walk-in and sizable there isn’t an ice machine yet. If you have issues walking up the stairs, there is no elevator. The view is fabulous. The staff was there when we arrived off the ferry, which was around 6 o’clock. There are shops within walking distance, including a new convenience store, and the taxi stand. You can see the hotel from the ferry dock the property is well kept and new with really nice Landscaping … there was a worker on the property when we checked out, he was happy to help us take our luggage down to the street, which was very helpful

Our villa was great with incredible views. Any issues or questions we had were quickly resolved. Would highly recommend Calichi to anyone looking to stay on the quiet side of the island.

The beach was beautiful but rocky. The standard room was dirty, the sofa was filthy, when we pulled it out to use the sofa bed the floor underneath was black. Did not have room cleaned by anyone even after requesting cleaning for 6 days. The ladies at the check in desk were not helpful at all with an issue at check in about the not getting the room that we paid for through Expedia, they blamed it on Expedia stating they did not have any studio suites only standard rooms and this is not true. I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel resort ever again!!!
