“La habitación no estaba mal de tamaño, las camas eran cómodas, pero una era de 150 y la otra de 135 un poco justa. El baño pequeño pero limpio y suficiente. La cocina olía regular por no tener ventilación, como a humedad y le faltaban tazas, pero era cómodo tenerla. Frigo en la habitación es un punto a favor. Difícil aparcar pero próximo al centro y con autobús directo.”

“The staff was great. The rooms were nice and clean and well prepped. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel breakfast. The location is convenient however finding the entrance and offloading our stuff was confusing, having never been to Bilbao before. You can either goes into the underground parking lot and pay a little - although it's not immediately obvious the lot serves the hotel - or pull over on the side of a busy, narrow street that was undergoing construction. But once we were in the……

“La chambre était propre j'ai aimé, sauf que à mon arrivée j'ai un peu galeré,j'ai pas trouvé la réception de l’hôtel,il y'a un numéro de téléphone qu’il faut appeler et du coup la dame au téléphone elle parle seulement espagnol et en tant que touriste et étranger c'est un peu chaud pour se comprendre sur ce qu'elle dit, mais pour le reste j'étais vraiment satisfait. ”

“Photos conformes à la description. Appartement entièrement rénové avec soin, literie confortable, au calme. Le quartier n'est pas le plus sympa de Bilbao mais la proximité avec les centres d'intérêt de la ville est appréciable. Nous avons eu un problème avec la clé virtuelle pour accéder à la chambre mais avec un appel téléphonique, ils nous ont réglé le problème à distance.”
