"We travel as a family of 4 and the apartment was perfect for us. This is a beatiful building with a great location at waking distance from the Casco Viejo and the Guggenheim museum. Plenty of food options close by. The staff very friendly and helpful. They have self service laundry in the building. Will definitely recommend and we will return whenever we visit Bilbao."

"The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Sara gave us great info about where to go to observe the solar eclipse on Aug. 12. Our room was cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade bread and yogurt being our favorites."

"What a beautiful hotel in the best location in Bilbao. We chose the upgrade view and looked directly onto the Guggenheim and … The Puppy! The location is perfect: Guggenheim across the street, Bilbao museum is a 5 minute walk, the funicular is 10 mins and old town is 15-20 mins walk along the riverfront. The hotel is packed with clever art by Javier Mariscal."
