“Beautiful decor, lovely view, large room which was very clean. Very small carpark with difficult entry/exit angle as well. Very hard mattress and pillows made for a rough sleep. At night, a lot of noise and smoke from downstairs. Air conditioner wasn't working, and spa bath didn't work either. Overall, a reasonable price for our stay, but disappointing as from the listing I'd expected more of a luxury escape.”

“Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. “I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it……

“El hotel muy bien situado con el metro a 100 metros y autobuses de linea a 10 metros. El personal muy atento y amable. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock.”
