"We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. The front desk clerks helped up to figure out the trolley process to make it downtown for shopping. We have stayed here twice now and will continue to return!! They are so accommodating and care about their guests! "

"Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We loved the fact that there are soo many restaurants nearby. The location was almost in the middle so everything we planned to do, was only a few minutes from the Lodge. It was very quiet and neatly kept. If we come that way again, we will stay at the Lodge for sure. "

"I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service"
