Excellent all around! Location is a 5 minute walk from the main part of town, beautiful setting, gardens, property. Check in staff was very welcoming. Great value for the money, stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage Tracy Erin, was spacious and clean.

This property was ideal for my family of four. The location was ideal for location. It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. All of my family really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely try to stay here.

Nice place. Fun atmosphere. Clean & well kept. Walkable to shopping & restaurants. Having no couch was odd. We had to sit on the floor or hard chairs to hang out together. No stove in kitchenette. Parking is difficult. Still overall a great & memorable stay.

The property is wonderfully designed and maintained. The zero contact check-in went smoothly. The property is a nice walk to downtown and in the great historic residential neighborhood. They provided a lot of free healthy food for snacks and water. The property has a lot of parking.

This is a hidden gem. It feels like a cozy apartment, tucked away in corner of the historic district. The location is perfect, as it’s walking distance to the heart of Eureka Springs; however, it’s secluded enough that the noise from downtown won’t bother you. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely here again
