“Absolutely wonderful stay here! The directions were perfect and the caboose was clean and cozy. Perfect place for a couples get away, secluded (we never saw or heard any other guests). The hot tub was perfect, beautiful and peaceful deck, and close enough to town to venture out and explore. We will definitely come back next time we need to relax and reconnect!”

“The reason this is getting a lower rating is because the precise physical location on VRBO and Expedia are NOT correct. The listing says “located in Eureka Springs historic district”, has the pin on the map on Main Street, and states that it is within 1-3 minute walk of several restaurants and shops we planned to visit. It absolutely is NOT downtown! It is located about 3 miles south of downtown, so definitely NOT walkable! I did not have the address until my reservation was confirmed, so when……

“A very clean and up to date house that was more than enough room for us. We loved the fire pit and made hotdogs and smores every night. The road to get the property is a bit steep and is on the owner property, but that was the only thing that we didn’t know until we got there. Excellent getaway from the city, yet close enough to go to downtown and other attractions. If we are back in Eureka Springs we will come back again! ”

“Cabin was clean and well stocked. Had both fireplace to take off the chill after the rain the first night and the air conditioner to take care of the hot and muggy that came the following days. Beautiful scenery overlooking the little valley with plenty of local wildlife. Sat on the porch swing every morning. Absolutely lovely stay.”

“I like the location of this cabin, a ways from town. I like all the trees and quiet. The cabin was cute inside. Bed was hard, heater was really loud every time it came on. There were a couple air freshener plug ins. They gave me a headache so I unplugged them.”
