“The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. I finally asked my wife to endure not to take bath on that night. carpet old and dirty. stairs very steep and narrow, room. door key is kind of toy that all rooms can use the sane key. the room door was difficult to shut and open, had to kick open and pull hardly to lock. the only reception man answered door very late……

“We stayed in the igloo, glamping! What an amazing experience! It was amazing. Clean, new, beautiful, comfy bed and lounge chairs, fireplace and incredible view of ocean, mountains and northern lights! The staff was amazing! Very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was brought to the room in a picnic box, warm, yummy and a ton of food fresh and made as requested. The dinner was delicious!!! Great experience! Make sure to wear warm clothing, layered with good boots and you'll absolutely love……

“Had a lovely relaxing time with my girlfriend and her husband, room was so clean and had everything we needed, absolutely loved being able to log into Netflix on the tv which was a great size. We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers. Exceptional service from a lovely lady who served us breakfast and made sure we had fresh coffee immediately, she was also fantastic with all other customers. We will……

“Room clean. TV Remote needs new batteries. Hand shower has no wall bracket. The overhead shower flow is weak. Temperature hard to control on both. Either there is a fan or a pump is near the room. You can hear a humming noise. Asked the owner and offered another room to sleep in. Noise goes away after 23:00.”

“An overall great stay. Great location, nice spaceous room, nice bathroom. I would defo recommend and stay here again. 1 thing that what would help, would be a fridge in the room but apart from that a happy little 2 nights stay.”
