“The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”

“We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I……

“Two major issues…but only one made me give such a low rating. And that was the communication at check in. It was really bad and I didn’t receive the key to my room until way after the promised check in time. Other than that, the water pressure in the shower was nearly non existent…but everything else…5 stars”

Lots of thoughtful planning went into equipping this space, from extra electronics cords to scissors and tape to Band-Aids; they've got all the bases covered. Communication with Jerry was quick and easy as well as friendly and efficient. Perfect for a single person and good for two if you're comfortable with very close quarters. It was for us.”

“The place was very cozy with lots of special touches. The host had included several amenities in case we had forgotten anything at home. The coffee bar was excellent! The unit was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the grocery store and the metro link. We even had some trouble getting on the wifi so I contacted the host and the issue was resolved within a short amount of time.”
