Hermoso. Espacioso. Tranquilo. A 5 km del aeropuerto de Dulles.

Organizo una fiesta a la vez y le ofrezco total privacidad. Mi casa es tranquila y cómoda, y está ubicada en un vecindario seguro y tranquilo. Tendrás todo el nivel inferior de mi casa, sin áreas compartidas o comunes. Hay una habitación muy grande con una cama queen y dos camas individuales, y la espaciosa habitación familiar tiene una cama doble, que también es ideal para descansar y ver películas. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores con FIOS y Netflix. Hay una mini nevera, microondas y una cafetera Keurig (sin cocina). Suministro café, café descafeinado, té, agua, platos de papel, tazas y utensilios básicos. Cerca se encuentran los Centros de Reston y Dulles, el Museo del Aire y el Espacio, y el sendero WO&D (el sendero es accesible desde mi vecindario). Si viaja en bicicleta, puede guardarlos en mi garaje. Un poco más lejos está nuestro excelente país vinícola, tiendas outlet y Tysons. Estoy a 6 millas de la parada de metro Wiehle (en la línea Silver), y a unas 25 millas del distrito. Host was very responsive. Detailed instructions provided for check in and check out. Big clean space to enjoy and relax in. Had whole downstairs of split level home to ourselves. Apartment size fridge, microwave and keurig was all we needed for our 3 nights in town. Teas, keurig pods, bottled water provided. Would not hesitate to book again if we're in town again.

Inaccurate property description. You are NOT renting the whole house even though it's coded as being the whole house. It's the basement in the home, you go into the house thru the same door as the people who live in the house, with a bedsheet hung like a curtain to separate the spaces. Host wants you to limit your time in the shower. Electrics wonky-- can't run a microwave and coffee maker at the same time or fuse blows. On the plus side lots of nice lamps.

Ideal location near car rentals, airport and preferred restaurants. Property a basement unit, therefore a bit dark. Street parking and signage a bit difficult at night. Overall, good value.

Close to Metro Station and Quiet

I attended a conference in DC but didn't want to pay DC prices or pay to park in DC each day. I found this lovely location close to the Metro. It is a super clean, comfortable, and quiet space. There are lots of great eateries nearby as well as grocery and shopping centers for last-minute items.

Home away from home 🏡

This is the perfect place to rest , refresh and renew with a bestie or family member . Located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything you need. We enjoyed the spacious layout, Comfortable beds and attention to detail from Our host Susan. Everywhere we turned there were little” extras” like A phenomenal hot and cold tea and coffee bar, extra warm blankets And plenty of towels. I truly felt we were home and I’m sure you will too!

We enjoyed our stay - The suite was versatile and beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to Reston Hospital (our destination). We found the neighborhood entrance to the Old Dominion Trail and went for long walks.

Quiet retreat & excellent recommendations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was close to Great Falls National Park and Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, known locally in the Washington, D.C. area as simply Wolf Trap, The bottom of a split level house was a wonderful quiet retreat after our nature hikes and an evening concert. Our host did a great job communicating where to park and we were grateful for her dining suggestions. We had a fabulous dinner with some local craft beer at Sweet Water Tavern’s outdoor bar and a tasty lunch at Siam Spice. Thanks so much Sue!

Beautiful stay in Virginia

Sue was a very gracious and thoughtful hostess. When we had a question, she replied with a quick response. She provided Kuerig coffee pods, coffee creamer and an assortment of teas. The beds were marvelous! The location was close to a variety of places we wanted to visit. We would definitely return to Sue's property for a future getaway.
