Beautiful with plenty of shops and foon nearby with Walmart right across the street and Aldi on the first floor as soon as you get off the elevator. National Harbor is right across the bridge about 6-7 minutes and downtown DC is about a 20 minute drive with traffic. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. Plenty of closet space with a full size washer and dryer. Ice maker on the fridge, nice view from the balcony and private parking available was also a plus. I will definitely be staying here again. The communication with the host does need to be better especially prior to your stay. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me. Also, it would have been nice if a pack-n-play/crib was mentioned as being available in the unit; that would have been one less thing to pack.
