“Really nice ”

“Unfortunately due to early checkout at 5/4/2026 4:30 am, unable to stay for breakfast. The clerk did offer it, needed to get to airport. Unable to rate breakfast or parking.”

“This hotel is seriously the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, seriously! Rooms are very nice, quiet, and clean and staff is amazing. There are restaurants and a coffee shop on the first floor and the food is always good. It’s also close to the Sanford Broadway Clinic, which is why we chose to stay at Brewhalla in the first place since we have a family member who has frequent appointments the Sanford Broadway Clinic. All in all, 10/10 would recommend! ”

“Very clean and convenient property, and room was well maintained. Really great breakfast options.”

“The room was fine, nothing special. The Safety Lock was broken and hanging precariously, suggesting maintenance was not a huge priority. Breakfast didn't look like much so I didn't even bother. I just wanted a place to stay that didn't cost too much and it met my needs.”

“Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. We had to leave early, before the normal coffee time so they made a pot at 2 am for us. The hotel is located behind a truck stop but the door is is locked and you need a key to get pay the checkin area. We liked the extra security.”

“I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, and to my horror, I spotted multiple cockroaches crawling on the floor. The staff was unhelpful, and the entire place felt unsafe. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”

“Hot tubs were fantastic when you can find an open one. And the whole hotel smelled very clean. The rooms were decent, I think I just had a defective room. There was a loud chirping noise coming from the square cut out in the ceiling above my bed that drove me so crazy that I checked out the same night and decided to start my long drive home and stopped to sleep in my pickup. They offered no reimbursement or apology, or even offer to look and see what it was to try and fix it. They were fully……

“I highly recommend spending a little more money to stay anywhere else!! Upon arrival, the hallways were full of garbage and bedding tossed all over. There was a foul smell and to top it off, we found cockroaches in the 'clean' towels in the bathroom. We went to address this with the person at the front desk. While I packed our stuff, my husband went to smoke while the girl called her manager. Once the manager showed up, the girl working the desk started with the waterworks and came up with a……

“the room was ckean and comfortable was short on towels asked for another was supposed to receive one when they were available did not receive any till the next afternoon. they do not serve breakfast at thie location lots of coffee shops nearby but not many cafes serving breakfast”

“Very clean, great staff. Breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were somewhat undercooked and had that slimy texture but it could have just been an off day as we were only there for breakfast one morning. ”
