“The property is in the perfect location. Everything you need on Palafox is walking distance. Room was quiet and peaceful, everything was very comfortable. The beds were great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we thought was missing, was a coat rack or hook to hang your hoodie or rain jacket on. I give this stay 4.99 Stars out of five!!”

“Host communications was awesome. The condo was very clean and easy to find.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back”

“The property had a great pool. It was very clean and easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The bay was such a nice bonus as well. I have nothing negative to say about the place and hope to stay again soon. So beautiful and relaxing. Loved the family friendly atmosphere.”

“My girls and I had the best week here! The condo is beautiful, has literally everything you need and then some. The host is very responsive and helpful. Sunsets from the patio are some of the best I've seen! Would definitely stay again.”

“Awesome vacation, great place , highly recommend”

“We had a great time, beautiful view, fabulous beach, great swimming pool. Our host was very friendly & easy to contact.”

“We absolutely loved this space. Parking was convenient and never had any issues. The sunsets and sunrise views from the balcony downstairs and the wide bedroom window upstairs. Decorated for the perfect beach house feel and cozy enough for us when it rained. I have to say that not everything is perfect. Hair in the drain of the tub was visible and unacceptable. Some extra pillows had stains. Last issue was something electrical with downstairs bathroom, the light switched on would start flashing……

“Our stay was great. The condo served it purpose. We always love coming to Pensacola Beach.”

“We had a great stay. Beautiful community.”

“Great location. Apt. was clean. Master Bathroom and its fixtures could use updating.”

“Beautiful condo. Great location.”

“We’ve stayed in many places over the years and this has been by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed in. It was quiet and cozy. Easy access to the beach, cove, and pool. Shopping & restaurants. Our only complaint was not having any type of window coverings over the living room sliding glass door. The stairs might be a lot for anyone that may struggle with steps. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities, utensils, crockpots, coffee makers, etc. Water filter, ice maker, bbq grill and……

“Beach view and pet friendly. The kitchen is well equipped but you will have to bring your own kitchen knifes and tablespoons. There is one filet knife but very dull. Not sure what happened with those.”

“The trip started well. The unit has very nice veiws of the bay. The unit was also clean. The part that really detracted from the trip was the air conditioning failed. I attempted to get in touch with maintenance as directed in the instructions, but did not receive a call back. I was able to successfully get in direct contact with the host who was able to get a technician to the unit at night. The technician was unable to fix the issue as it required a replacement part that was not in stock. 2……

“What a great condo overlooking the bay!! It was the perfect size for a family of four. The was a nice small beach on the bayside that the little ones enjoyed with the calm waters. You are also a short walk away from the ocean side where we enjoyed waves and shell hunting. My only caution is that this is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the stairs are worth it when you see the views.”
