Our housekeeper ms Toby was very friendly, professional, organized, and kept our room as if no one ever checked into it (in other words very clean and fresh towels, linen etc.) when we checked in around 8pm a lady named Felicia greeted us and during this time she was alone and very busy from current guest, others checking in as well and also calling front desk. She never got overwhelmed continued to help us book our stay another day longer, had one of the best attitudes I’ve came across in a veryyyy LONG time from a hotel front desk!
