“No era limpio”

“Mildew present & smelly,microwave & refrigerator dirty,safety latch barely hanging,toilet seat loose. Totally disgusting. Will not stay again.”

“You get what you pay for so I can’t complain but the staff seemed a bit confused.. I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. And for some reason they asked multiple times if I had any animals with me despite me saying numerous times that it was just me and my fiancée. The room was what I expected to be at least it was clean but I checked out……

“We had joining rooms upstairs. We could not walk to the bathroom with out the desk calling our room. because the people below was was complaining about the stomping. We were in bed going to sleep lights out rooms dark and got a knock on our door. The deck clerk saying the downstairs people will not stop complaining. I opened the door all the way and showed the guy clerk we were in bed. Not stomping. I paid for my room with out being able to be comfortable. We had to tiptoe to the bathroom.……
