“The staff were gone from the desk for 20 minutes so we were unable to check in until 920. Staff made it a point to mention the pool closed at 10. We knew this but we still wanted to relax. We went back down and the same staff member had to remind us that the pool was closing when she had already done so. It felt as if we were an inconvenience to the staff because we wanted to use the pool room for 20 minutes. Everything else was great.”

“Breakfast 10/10. 24 hr gym nice. Only complaint is smokers stand in parking lot by pool and smoke and they stand right outside the front door and you have to walk right through their smoke. Park your car away from the front door or it will smell like smoke.”

“The property was very well maintained. The staff was excellent. Gabby was very helpful. Her assistance was awesome. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Forrest City.”
