“The worst welcome ever. Apparently, our arrival was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, Fairfield, Home 2 Suites, and Hampton had internet issues and were unable to check us in, and I was too tired to drive further.
The tile in the landing and bathroom was dirty, and I found a dirty sock on the floor that did not belong to us. The elevator was not working properly.
I will definitely not be staying at a Holiday Inn and Suites in the future.”

“A newer hotel that was completed too quickly and not clean is how I would describe our experience. They switched us to another room, but the window was open and it was very humid so we ended up switching back to our original room. Floors were dirty in both rooms, toilet had not been scrubbed, and floors were filthy in both elevators. Hair in both tubs and on pillows. Towels had grass bits in them.”
