“We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”

“Great little basement apartment with everything you could need, well maintained & very clean. Super friendly host and very accommodating.”

“Wonderful suite, very well kept, and check in and out was easy”

“Very clean & private. Hosts are wonderful. Would stay here again next trip. Really, a 10 out of 10 😊”

“The property was just as described/pictured. It is on the backside of the main house and can be accessed through the alleyway that runs parallel to the primary house’s main street. Be on the lookout for that as we made the mistake of not using the alley initially. It was small, definitely wouldn’t be comfortable for more than two people, but clean and well appointed. The water pressure and temperature were amazing and it was centrally located without being too busy.”

“Wonderful, very reasonably priced place to stay. The house is broken into 8 studio units so the only space you "share" is the laundry/ice room, hallway, and there are multiple decks to hang out on. Still, very private, and hardly ran into anyone. Super easy check in/out. Very clean. Stocked w everything you might need, especially if you want to cook or grill. I hate to leave a good review bc I'd like to keep this place a secret, but in essence of good Karma, don't miss this great place,……

“The rental unit is in the perfect location if you want to visit the Old Town. The unit is very modern, well maintained, roomy, and very comfortable. The owner is a gem to work with. Very responsive and cares a lot about your comfort. My wife loved the place as well as the location. She said if she were single she could easily live here. I wonder what she meant?”

“Overall great place and great location. The floors were a little dirty and still wet when we arrived 30 min after 4. Only 2 towels.. Backyard advertised is shared with other tenants.”

“Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. ”
