“We booked this property for a holiday weekend while visiting my father at his new home in nearby IL. I was a little concerned by some of the reviews but from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out we were ABSOLUTELY impressed. Every single staff person that we encountered was pleasant and welcoming. They offered their assistance freely without making us feel like we were being a burden. “No parking at bottom of drive as stated in listing. Air was turned off when I arrived. Took hours for it to get to 75 degrees with 2 beat up AC units running on high. Outdoor light on the driveway side doesn’t work. Top of the driveway was a little muddy from rain and lack of rock. Strong mildew odor the next day after AC units had been running.Limited silverware. “Most beautiful view of the Mississippi! Home is very spacious and had everything we needed. Great location 5 minutes from Nauvoo. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay again. ”

“A great apartment right on main street in Nauvoo. It wasn’t a problem and I didn’t think to contact the host, but we couldn’t figure out how to get the heater to work in the living/kitchen area but we were fine with the heat in the bedrooms. All went well! Thanks for a great place to stay!”
