“I like how close food options were and how they have delivery from pizza ranch which is a good restaurant.”

“Staff was friendly. Room was gross. Distinct smell of mildew. Carpet and blankets felt moist. Dead bugs in bathroom and ants on desk area. Walls paper thin. Could hear the YV of adjoining room and it was at a normal level”

“Nice room and staff. Sadly didn't realize 2 levels so we got upper floor and elevator. Husband very limited on walking, climbing so it was a challenge and I needed to carry out bags upstairs. Saw after the fact they do have a place on confirmation telling off this. I thought I had booked an ADA room but saw i didn't have that done either. Would like to see bkfast have option of hot items with protein, tried a cinnamon roll was excellent but not good choice for diabetic. We ate bkfast……

“Restaurant, casino and pool area were clean and well maintained, very nice. The hotel room not so much: dirty ratty carpet, duct taped bedframe and overall not very clean.”

“The room and hotel itself were very clean and well maintained. For a double queen room there was a lot of space in the sleeping/living area and also in the bathroom, both were laid out well. There was a good breakfast provided along with a free evening dinner and a couple drinks. All in all one of the best hotel experiences I've had.”

“I really loved the whirlpool room for an incredible price! It was large enough to fit x 2 average sized Americans just fine; which was also a nice surprise. The mattress was pretty firm with comfortable sheets. The room was clean, however it is an older property, so don’t expect perfection. My husband and I were reminiscing about how the decor and the room made us remember going on road trips as children. My husband had breakfast and dinner there everyday and it was hearty and filling and……

“I stayed here for a graduation at MIU. I flew from New York to DSM International Airport and drove 2 hours to get there. The hotel was cleaner than what I thought. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and not bad at all. Room was very clean. I really can't complain about this place. I thought it was going to be worse but it wasn't. On the contrary, it was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it.”
