“The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night……

“Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any.”

“none of the pictures on this site is real or accurate. they are air brush or straight up a different hotel! room was dirty, hair in the fridge, sheets dirty, the bathroom had goo coming out the walls, ripped carpet and the windows would not lock, not safe at all. we cancelled our and left! ”

“Checked in at after 10:00 PM. We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom & an ice bucket because they were not in the room. The bed had no top sheet. The breakfast was all picked over before 8 AM. No fruit or yogurt available. No healthy options.”

“Everything was great. I wish the breakfast would have been better. And that the shower/tub in my room would have had more pressure and not so hard to get a good temperature. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. ”

“Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. ”

“Kitchen was fully equiped for cooking. Continental breakfast is not much but some drinks and sandwiches. ”
