Poorly maintained rooms. Closet doors off track, huge water stain on carpet.

The air quality and mattress were not that good. It didn’t let me and my gorgeous boyfriend sleep well.

In order to ensure the health/safety of all our guests, our Housekeeping Department takes additional steps set by Marriott to make sure the surfaces/air in the rooms are fully decontaminated. I apologize that our beds did not meet your expectations. We will make sure to rotate/flips the beds more often so this does not happen again. We are also more than happy to provide any extra bedding or comforters at your request. Never again

First issue was the toilet that wouldn’t flush properly. Then our AC went out in our room. The Poole was completely booked everyday so we’re stuck in a hot ass room with no air. Also pool supposed to close at 6 guest still in their after 6 yet we couldn’t get a spot because it was booked. Then I called for for more towels and they said they would send someone. 30 minutes later no towels. I call back and in a very short tone the lady tells me that i need to come pick them up from the front desk because housekeeping is busy. It would’ve been great to know that 30 minutes prior to me waiting on towels that weren’t coming anytime soon. So in a nutshell it was hot, unpleasant, uncomfortable and boring.

Our Engineering Team has inspected all rooms and these concerns will not happen again. Unfortunately, our pool has been completely closed since mid-March 2020. The front desk Manager Rhea was absolutely amazing ! she was helpful and explained things about the property since it was my first stay . She was so kind !! rooms were sparkling and had a very cozy feel . Really enjoyed this property and will be back for sure .

very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The suite room had plenty of space. Comfortable. We had a room next to the basketbsll hoop (which didnt bother us) but If you want it totally quiet than i suggest to request a room away from court. Hotel is near places to eat. Starbucks is close by. Hotel manager checked us in, she was super nice, thank you!!
