Located in the historic Duckpond neighborhood, you're only a short walk to the dining, arts, parks, library, and culture of downtown—less than two blocks to Gainesville's bike path network. Ride to UF, the stadium and hospitals, Innovation Hub, and Depot Park. The space A perfect place for the visiting professional, parents, or anyone wanting to enjoy Gainesville, the University of Florida, and the surrounding beauty of North Florida. The condo just went through some minor renovations and has all new upgraded furnishings, including recently installed hardwood floors. Guest access Feel free to make yourself at home. If you feel comfortable, help yourself with items in the refrigerator and cupboards. Other things to note This unit sleeps 3 people, max. If you need additional space for more guest, I can recommend some other great spaces in the area.
