“Everything is good but the showers ”

“The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional had suggestions for whatever we had planned that day. It was our first time in Galveston and didn’t regret one thing. Overall we had a great time and definitely will be returning back again soon. Thanks to Ms. Dee who made our trip more enjoyable.”

“Excellent staff!! Room could be updated (bathroom caulking). Beds were comfortable”

“Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.”

“The environment is good! The accommodation conditions are similar to those of the same type of hotels in other cities, and the price is 2.5 times that of other cities!”

“Nice cozy hotel. Kind of old but room is clean bed is clean. Breakfast has more choice. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. ”

We purchased an upgraded room w/ balcony - but you had to exit the room & cross a secured hallway to utilize this balcony. It's just kind of odd. But overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool area is very……
