“I loved the amenities, how cleaned and luxurious the hotel is. One thing I was really upset was the treatment at the cove. I was waiting outside for an hour and no one came to offer me nothing or even to look at the menu. Everyone else was getting served and asked so often do you need anything ? But I had to call out for someone even when the workers were passing by me I was ignored. To be honest it felt very discriminating, I was the one Latina who was never offered anything. “Nice cozy hotel. Kind of old but room is clean bed is clean. Breakfast has more choice. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. ”

“Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.”

“This is our 4th stay in the signature series rooms and it hasn’t disappointed us yet. The room is beautiful with all the kitchen appliances for preparing food for family of 6. The private endless pool and bar is spectacular. The kids played in it regularly. Having private access to the beach with shower is perfect. It would be helpful for the staff to verify vehicles using the ground level parking under the building without parking passes.”
