“This was a very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Plenty of supplies such as utensils, plates, bath towels, etc. Will definitely stay again when in the area.”
“To start, I really did enjoy my time at Tidewater and even with this criticism, I would stay there again.
All of these rental vacation condos have a cleaning/resort fee attached, but if I'm paying an extra $300, I don't think it's appropriate to make guests clean before leaving. You are expected to wash all dishes and return them to the cupboards, as well as take out all trash or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. I agree with expecting us to wash them, otherwise people would leave……
“We stayed at the 3rd floor, which was great because the building has a parking garage that is 3 floors, so it was very convenient for us to park at the top and then just walk into our condo. The staff was pleasant. The first 2 days we didnt have internet, there was a glitch with the router, and it was Thanksgiving! But they sent someone over on the day after Thanksgiving and he got it fixed. The in-room jacuzzi was awesome, and the view was also great.”
