“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an……

“在顶楼吃早餐 风景相当漂亮”

“Quiet .beautiful environment,Great service attitude.”

“I would stay here again.”

“It was a great hotel with lovely service, clean rooms, good water pressure, extremely hot water available, soft towels, and helpful staff. The only problems I had were that the parking garage was a block over from the hotel so anytime we wanted to go anywhere, we had to walk to the next street over. “Es muy céntrico, el precio de habitaciones justo lo que te dan.. y el desayuno que incluye es delicioso”

“It was a lovely room, great location and I have no complaints. I would stay there again.”

“Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!”

“Great hospitality”

“The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad.……

“Staff would have been sufficient if the room has been well. Was consistently put on hold when calling front desk. 1st room smelled like smoke. 2 nd room didn't have water, sheets are worn and ripped. Head pillow stained.”

“My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day”
