“Not all best westerns are created equal. This was amazing. Staff was friendly and on top of it. Wi-Fi went down. But there was a lightning storm, so grace is given there. The table I sat at for breakfast was a little wobbly and lobby toilet didn’t work great, but overall a great experience. Coffee machine was fantastic!!!”

“Very friendly front desk staff (K Davis), with an easy check in process. The room was a bit small, but comfortable with blackout blinds, and the ac worked well. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was behind the loves truck stop and there was plenty of well lit parking. The elevator was down during my visit, but getting to the room on the second floor for me wasn't too bad. I got a check in certificate for 10 dollars meal voucher, and 10 dollars free play at the casino as well. Over all very……

“The staff were great. Room was clean. It seems they are trying to make this place appealing. I would stay there again. It looks like they are remodeling which is great - el Reno needs the convenient option to stay. ”

“Older property but easy access to our room which we were told was newly remodeled and was a smoking room. We informed the host that we didn't smoke and was told that even though it was a designated smoking room, no one had smoked in it since the remodel. The room had a very strong cigarette odor so be sure to only accept a non-smoking room if that is an issue. ”
