I realize that because of the design of the room the door opens directly to the outdoors, where all the critters are, but seems like there’s more that the hotel management could do to improve upon that situation. That is the case here. Shower was extremely small and unkept. The shower head was way too low. I reserved a single room with a King size bed. I got two twin beds of which I fell out of in the middle of the night. My reservation was for $55.00 per night. Was charged $62.75\. There were no kleenex in the room. The towels were stained and scratchy.
