“Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.”

“This is not a hotel I would recommend. I was initially told that there were no rooms available even though I booked with Hotels.com. I was told that the hotel is used for long term stays for workers. I was eventually given a room on the first floor with a door to the outside. The property is very run down and the rooms smell like tobacco. The bed was “clean”but there was mildew on the walls in the bathroom and the microwave was dirty. The only amenities provided was bar soap and a hair……

“No heat. Had a portable heater. Took 10 minutes to get hot water. Toilet did not flush completely. Bed was very comfy ”

“The room was dirty and smelt awful. We had a non smoking too. Which smelt of stale smoke and mould. The pillows didn’t have covers, no opportunity to even open a window. ”
