"Just a one night stay for the museum next door, pool deck wasn't as clean as it could have been but other than that everything was very nice."

"The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was urine on the toilet base there was still mounds on cleaning product I assume in the toilet bowl. There were hairs every where kids stickers stuck to the mirror it was a horrible stay"

"Well, when we went to go check in, we could not even though we got there at 6 o’clock so we had to come back at seven and there was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guest and in the drawers there wasn’t enough towels in the bathroom and there was still hair in the shower and garbage in the bathroom on the floor! "The Holiday Inn Express Rochester, on February 28 – March 3, lobby was under construction, it appears to be a limited face lift. Any 4 stars ratings are attributed to the “face lift”. The room itself and the staff were 5 stars. The room was clean. A lamp lite was out but was repaired early the next day – there were no excuses just a quick repair - nice. The bathroom was small but functional. I liked it – why waste space in a bathroom while taking away space from the living area? Getting used to the room's heater was interesting. It had a loud start then continue rapidly to heat up the room. The water in the bathroom was quick to heat up. The breakfast food was good. My schedule was busy. I did not have to time to see the Gym. The parking area was good. The snow plowed no issures there. Everything, shopping, restaurants were close by including the Highway. "
