“We had a wonderful stay at the Monarch Hotel in Moscow, Idaho. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the University of Idaho, great restaurants, downtown shops, and the fabulous Moscow Farmers Market, which I learned is the first farmers market in Idaho and is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. “The room was clean, the staff were helpful when you could get ahold of them. Tried calling from our room several times for questions, and no one ever answered. Parking was fine. There were just 3 of us, so, I guess it was family-friendly. The rooms had coffee mugs, but no coffee makers? Beds were clean and comfy. All, in all, it fit our needs.”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
