The hotel is outside Naples and a lovely quiet area with fields next to it. Really lovely place. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. Excellent service at the bar (basically a lake view solarium) with plenty of free welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The stay was lovely. Very easy and safe parking. Very good...

I was especially impressed by their assistance when my locker lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open it. The staff responded quickly, solved the problem professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service truly stood out.
