Great hotel located near Garibaldi station, which as you can imagine is not the greatest area in any city. Had a couple of issues with the room (safe wasn’t working and an issue with the door) which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would recommend staying if you need somewhere close to the station and metro making the rest of Napoli and daily accessible.

The hotel itself was very well kept and very clean. We were able to get into our room right away, which was super nice because we were a little over a hour early for check in. Our room was great size, had a great view, and was clean and efficient. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and their rooftop was great! It was really busy so I recommend a reservation if you’re planning on eating dinner there, but they were able to seat me for just a drink. My one complaint was that it was so so loud. Being right by the train station and near a square, this wasn’t completely unjustified, but it was loud throughout the entire night and especially early in the morning. I would however stay here again for the convenience of the hotel and how nice it was, but maybe request a room whose view doesn’t face the street to reduce some noise!

Amazing view of the whole city from the roof top restaurant. Excellent all inclusive breakfast with many many food choices, including gluten free. A variety of fruits and coffee. Great location for transportation - right beside train station.

Great property and professional staff. The bountiful breakfast is a must. Being near the train station, the area is busy with street traffic. The rooms are well soundproofed. Room was first floor facing busy plaza yet did not hear street noise unless window was opened. Overall, Uno hotels are a great value. First choice if back in Naples.

Great centralized location right across from the train station and close to the airport. The hotel was able to call us a taxi anywhere. The main attractions were about 20 minutes away walking.

Firstly I’m not going to say anything bad about the location of this hotel - if you are sensitive to busy city environments, Naples is not the place for you. I found it to be no different to a busy London or Barcelona - as long as you keep your wits about you, keep your bag on your front & zipped closed/hands in pockets, you’ll be fine. A bit of rubbish in a major city isn’t going to hurt you! However the hotel isn’t great generally, mostly because they set the air conditioning so you can’t get it any lower than 23/24 degrees - which they say is ‘comfortable’. But when it’s 37 degrees outside and you can’t sleep, I don’t really want to pay for someone to tell me what my ‘comfortable’ temperature should be - which is exactly what we were told after complaining 3 times to no avail. We were finally moved rooms after my husband had to go downstairs to reception 3 times to get it sorted. The new room was no cooler - but with a 5am flight, we had no choice but to sit it out. When I told the receptionist it was no better in the morning during check out, he said absolutely nothing back to me. It’s obviously a money saving tactic where they control how low you can set it. Really not happy that with all the hotels in Naples, we basically paid them to sleep in a sauna. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel - we stayed somewhere else close by in Naples just 2 weeks earlier, and not only did it cost less, but they didn’t police the air conditioning!

Usually hotels near train stations are awful, but UNA was top notch. Many new facilities one does not see in USA were routinely integrated into the room. I had flown in from Germany with only 2hours of sleep the prior night so I appreciated that I could relaxin the living room where I could plug into the internet, and then the staff got me into my room sooner than is customary.
