Solid Meh. Right in the square . Hotel was clean .. staff was not very friendly. Roof top bar was bad service. Great view from the rooms.. surround area of Naples was dirty and sketchy at best

The staff was very helpful and nice at check in. The room was spacious and extremely pleasant. However, the room service that cost $100 for a Caprese salad, two entrees and bottled water was almost inedible. Mozzarella was spoiled, steak chewy and pasta pretty much tasteless without salt and parmesan added (sad last meal in Italy). Unbelievable in this country.

The staff were great - Sergio as front desk was wonderful. In spite of being in the center of city by the train station and busy area - the rooms were quiet. Incredibly quiet - like you did not know you were in the city. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Terrace restaurant and bar were very nice for an evening beverage and dinner. Breakfast was incredible.

We enjoyed our stay, great location on the main square, however either that comes the heavy traffic etc. room was soundproof though! Staff were really helpful and we enjoyed our drinks in the rooftop bar both nights. A couple of things could do with improving, such as proper dusting of the rooms (higher level and also around top of bed) and the bathroom sink is poorly designed as when you turn off the tap, water drips down the wall and the wooden facade was all warped. We got a free upgrade and you could request robes and bath salts which were a lovely touch. Breakfast was great too.

Facility itself was wonderful.When we tried to have dinner in the restuarant, We waited 10 minutes at the desk, before anyone acknowledged us. I then went into the serving area and found a server. He told me he did not have room in the dining room. I asked if we could eat in the bar and he said yes. We then sat at a table in the bar for 30 minutes more without anyone attending to us. Now we've been in the facility for 40 minutes. I got up and talked to the bar manager,who said I had to talk to the restaurant manager. After 50 minutes we finally got a menu and ordered. Not a way to treat their guests.

Hotel & room amenities was good, breakfast was excellent. However room on 3rd floor was facing Square super noisy all night. Area around hotel at night didn’t feel safe. Shame as hotel overall is good
