My group utilized the free bag drop that the hotel offered since our transportation into the city arrived a few hours before our check-in. We had the king-suite room and it was great. Everything was clean and we had no issues. The location was also great, just a few blocks from the Chrysler building and Grand Central station. I will definitely be checking availability here again next time I am in the city!"
