"Conveniently located few blocks away from times square and within a decent walking distance from most of the attractions around the city. The area is under construction and the street is dark at night. The facility is well-maintained, the rooms are neat, and the amenities are limited. The staff is welcoming, the dining area is not bad, and check-in/check-out and concierge services are timely but seamless."

"This hotel is conveniently located, and it has easy access to buses and subways. It is still a bit touristy, but it is just north of the crazy section of Times Square. The rooms are nice but a little dated, the beds are extremely comfortable with amazing linens. A/C and heat work well and are quiet. The rooms also have good sound insulation - key because I was there with hoards of young people on Spring break, and never heard a peep."

"Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton."

"The place was great. I love the fact that they have a full kitchen for you if you have a long stay and want to save money on eating out constantly. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We picked it for location and it was perfect. We were just a few blocks walk to broadway theatres and times square! "
