“This place was absolutely amazing and I already miss it. The view you get for the sunrise and stars at night are unforgettable. The condo was very clean, well kept, and very spacious. The balcony was so comfortable and relaxing to sit out on. The only issue I had was it’s a little tricky to find because there’s a tree in front of the number. The town and stores nearby were also enjoyable to walk around as well as visiting Rocky Mountain national park. I would definitely love to stay here again! ”

“Great location, super easy access to the RMNP. House was great, perfect for our getaway. Back porch views were great of the river and landscape. Based on personal preference, we didn’t care for the bamboo toilet paper and tissue or the low pressure shower head. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So, with all of that we still give it a 5 as it’s a great location, super clean, great communication, easy access to the park & would absolutely stay here again.”

“Very well kept and stocked property. Beds were extremely comfortable which I find to be rare and extremely clean unit. I don’t know why people complain about the tiny sink in the blue bathroom, it’s small but sufficient and has shelving next to it and a medicine cabinet above. Balcony has a great view but is the only place to get a view there isn’t one from the living area really though that wasn’t really a bother. “Most amazing view from the deck/seating area at a great elevation that allowed for great sunset/sunrise and overall views. Great sf. for the two of us. I bit hard to find the actual unit on the campus of condos. Wonderful location, quiet, close to town and entrances to Rocky Mtn. National park. Could have been cleaner, but I have pretty high standards of cleanliness. Steps up to unit where hard/slanted downward which made it a bit difficult to climb especially when carrying loads from car. ……
